About us

Let me introduce ourselves…..I’m Katie & this is my 6 year old rescue lurcher Tux.

We live in Northern Ireland.

I’m a dog groomer here & was always getting asked by my customers for treat recommendations, especially for healthy, low fat, longer lasting treats that don’t splinter or shatter. 

I wanted all of these things in the treats I gave Tux too!

I found a company who could supply me with all the treats locally so I decided to start selling them in my grooming shop.

They were so popular people were asking me if I could post them out, so I thought, yeah I can do that….. But I better make a brand & what better dog to model than Tux himself.

He’s the chief treat tester & quality controller.

He tries everything so I can report to you personally how long it lasted, chewability, smell etc etc.

That’s how Tux’s Treats was started.
